Highlights from Recent Projects
JSGuru was hired by NIS, a large energy company in Southeast Europe, to create a HR reward app for their 11,000 employees. The mobile application was designed for the company's employee motivation program and needed to be integrated into the existing infrastructure while meeting high security standards. JSGuru was responsible for creating a proof of concept, designing, and developing the application. The project required both mobile and web expertise and JSGuru's team provided valuable guidance throughout the entire project management process.
In another project, JSGuru partnered with IT and cybersecurity services provider, SCE, to assist one of their clients in the field of mineral exploration and mining. The client required an advanced software solution to keep track of different stages of the exploration process across multiple mining sites. JSGuru was instrumental in efficiently organizing the project, uncovering insights, and overseeing the project from the initial stages of discovery to the final phases of implementation. They demonstrated a remarkable ability to align resources, streamline workflows, and maintain a clear trajectory toward project milestones.
JSGuru was also engaged by a global sales intelligence platform to build a side project aimed at enhancing the efficiency of their internal sales team. The deliverable was a minimum viable product (MVP) solution, an app that uses a set of rules (and AI in later phases) to track and monitor the execution of the playbook by the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs). This app was designed to maintain a consistent sales process throughout the entire team, identify potential risks, and allow adjustments to deal preparation and engagement as needed.
