ITCraftship

ITCraftship was hired by Sundose, a personalized supplement provider, to develop a mobile app and integrate it with their back-end system. The CEO of Sundose, Tomasz Styk, selected ITCraftship for the project because of their technical expertise and familiarity with the product. The app, which allows users to customize their supplement formula and manage their accounts, was developed by a team of 2-3 Flutter developers from ITCraftship. The project was deemed successful and the collaboration between the two companies was seamless.

Sum, a startup combining social media and contact management, hired ITCraftship to recruit developers for their app teams. The CEO of Sum was impressed with ITCraftship's quick turnaround on the recruitment process, diligent vetting process, and understanding of how to approach developers. Through a series of interviews, ITCraftship was able to understand Sum's needs, product, and culture, and subsequently sourced and presented the best candidates for interviews. The recruitment process was successful and the collaboration was highly effective.

ITCraftship was selected by a travel company to recruit developers for their digital platform. The company needed a partner who could accurately assess the technical skills of candidates, and they found ITCraftship through a Google search. ITCraftship worked with the hiring manager to understand the requirements of the positions, advertised the positions on various platforms, and actively searched for ideal candidates. The project was put on hold in December 2020 due to a company merger, but the company plans to continue the engagement in the near future. The collaboration has been deemed successful so far.
