Integrated Insight was hired by Strategic Leisure to conduct a market assessment and competitive overview for the development of Merriweather Park at Symphony Woods. The research aimed to confirm the consumer appeal of the intended park plans before transitioning from conceptual planning and design to the more definitive and expensive engineered design. Integrated Insight was selected based on their reputation and the recommendations of industry colleagues. The project involved quantitative concept and demand research among area residents and tourists, capacity planning, demand and revenue forecasting, and pro forma development. A Hospitality Company engaged Integrated Insight to conduct customized segmentation research to direct their branding, product development, and demand generation efforts. The goal was to understand different consumer groups' perceptions and interest regarding timeshare to best position their current product and design new products to meet their needs.
