Inovatica

Inovatica was hired by an eLearning company to convert an offline process into an online solution. The goal was to create an intuitive and seamless system for client access to proprietary digital content and software resources. The project involved website construction, the creation of a Learning Management System (LMS) for content distribution, and a Client Relational Management (CRM) system tailored to the company's specifications. The project was handled by a team of eight, including a General Manager, a Project Developer, Web Designers, Software Developers, and a Graphic Designer. The result was a successful digital transformation that allowed the company to efficiently scale and onboard large volumes of new clients.

In a separate project, Inovatica was contracted by a digital signage integrator to modify an existing middleware platform and to write several new transit-oriented middleware projects. The team, composed of one to three developers at a time, provided modifications to the existing TransitArt platform, integrated it into a kiosk implementation in the digital signage platform, and wrote a new BLE Beacon-based middleware to automate arrival and departure notifications for public transit. The result was a stable and reliable platform that expanded the client's offerings and functionality.

Lastly, Inovatica was hired by a reputation management technology company for system maintenance and architecture, product maintenance and architecture, web site design and maintenance, and the creation of new micro-services. The project started with a managerial round table discussion, followed by regular check-ins on progress until final completion and push to live production. The team composition varied depending on the coding language expertise needed. The result was a successful delivery of the various projects, with Inovatica going above and beyond in meeting the varied goals of the company. The company continues to use Inovatica's services for maintenance in the live production environment.
