Innova was hired by Neelix.IO Pty Ltd to integrate a web application into MS Teams. The goal was to simplify the authorization and team administration flows and to avoid unnecessary switches between the web browser and MS Teams. Innova successfully adjusted the authentication flow and provided a regular notification subsystem. The result was a solid user experience that was approved by Microsoft and the application is included in the MS Teams apps list.

Innova was contracted by a lead-qualifying SaaS firm to upgrade their application to an enterprise-level, production-ready MVP. The firm sought to improve functionality, fix bugs, and modernize a codebase with duplication and outdated frameworks. Innova successfully completed the project, reaching MVP and continuing with validation and testing. Lead Rescue enlisted the services of Innova to develop an AI-powered lead recovery solution. The goal was to handle unconverted but sales-ready leads identified through their call analytics system. Innova successfully processed recordings of phone conversations using an LLM and assigned a status to the lead based on the evaluations.
