ImpactQA was hired by MWS, a SaaS platform provider, for an annual round of independent Penetration and Vulnerability testing. The objective was to efficiently assess the platform for any vulnerabilities, address them and then retest to ensure they were properly fixed. The team at ImpactQA, comprising of security testers and project managers, successfully understood the platform, conducted the testing, produced a report with findings, and retested the platform post-fixes. A final report was then provided to MWS, confirming that all vulnerabilities had been addressed.

In another project, ImpactQA was engaged by Panasonic for Performance and Security Testing Services. The project involved moving servers from DCs in Singapore to the cloud, and Panasonic wanted to ensure the applications hosted were not impacted in terms of performance and security. ImpactQA successfully tested four mission-critical applications, identifying all performance bottlenecks and security issues. The team, made up of performance testers and a security consultant, was lauded for their professionalism and ability to handle testing projects.

ImpactQA also worked with a health and wellness technology company that builds IoT systems for homes and buildings. The company needed experienced QA resources to help scale up their customer base and ecosystem of supported IoT products. ImpactQA was selected for their experienced personnel, competitive prices, understanding of the company's needs, and high level of engagement from their executive team. The engagement, initially planned for six months, was extended due to the client's satisfaction with ImpactQA's services. The team, which included an experienced QA Lead and two QA Analysts, not only performed testing but also helped improve the company's QA process and toolset.
