Highlights from Recent Projects
Imagine Heroes was engaged by an English e-learning provider to create a refreshed version of their company website. The aim was to make the site visually appealing, lightweight, fast, and SEO-friendly. The project involved creating a custom UX/UI design and developing the website from scratch using new technologies, namely AMP HTML for the front end and Sanity.io for content management. The client worked closely with a UI/UX designer and a project manager from Imagine Heroes, while the implementation was handled by two software developers.
Top-Wheelbarrow, a Berlin-based wheelbarrow manufacturer, hired Imagine Heroes to develop an e-commerce platform in progressive web app technology. The goal was to create a platform that offered superior mobile support, was user-friendly, and functioned offline. The Imagine Heroes team conducted thorough business analysis, designed mock-ups, and developed the platform in an agile manner. The team involved two developers, a project manager, and a designer. The client was able to observe and provide feedback on the development process in real-time.
Beauty Academy, a rapidly growing training facility in the beauty industry, contracted Imagine Heroes to create a personalized academy management platform. The platform was designed to automate various academy management tasks, including finances, customer and employee management, scheduling, warehouse control, and sending notifications to customers. The vendor was chosen based on positive feedback from business partners. The project involved extensive discussions to identify the best direction, UX research, the creation of wireframes and interactive mock-ups, and agile development. The client was given access to a demo every two weeks, allowing for continuous testing and feedback. The team consisted of a project manager, scrum master, software developers, and a UX/UI Designer.
