Idea Theorem™

Idea Theorem™ was hired by Canada's largest provider of specialty laboratory testing services to revamp their consumer lab platform. The platform, used by 3 million people to access lab results, required a complete redesign and development. The project was divided into 12 modules, each designed and developed independently over 16 months. A team of 10 from Idea Theorem™, including a Project Manager, 3 Designers, and 6 Developers, used Figma for UI UX design and Angular, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS and JS library for development. The project adhered to WCAG 2.1 AAA guidelines due to its healthcare nature.

A municipality with a population of 3 million hired Idea Theorem™ to revamp their community center’s system and processes. The existing system was outdated and required a complete end-to-end custom digital solution. Idea Theorem™ conducted user research, designed, and developed the community center platform, focusing on admin functionality for daily operations. A team of 10, including designers, developers, analysts, an account manager, and a project manager, worked on the project. The engagement was completed last year and Idea Theorem™ has been providing support as needed.

For a healthcare company governing body for Registered Nurses (RNs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) in Ontario, Canada, Idea Theorem™ was tasked with the UI UX Design & Development of a Learning Management System (LMS). They were also responsible for providing technology advisory for LMS System Analysis. The goal was to customize the LMS to meet the learning needs of the nurses. Following an evaluation of available LMS in the market, Docebo was selected as the platform of choice. Idea Theorem™ then created UX UI designs, implemented and customized the LMS platform, and conducted usability testing for feedback. The project involved 2-5 employees from Idea Theorem™.
