Idea Theorem™

Idea Theorem was hired by the largest provider of specialty laboratory testing services in Canada to redesign and develop their consumer lab platform. The platform, used by 3 million people to access their lab results, was broken down into 12 modules for the redesign process. Over the course of 16 months, a team of 10 from Idea Theorem, including a project manager, designers, and developers, used Figma for UI UX design and Angular, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JS library for development, while ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.1 AAA. The project was successfully completed and the client was satisfied with the results.

In another project, Idea Theorem was tasked with designing and developing a community center platform for a municipal government. The outdated system needed a complete end-to-end custom digital solution to improve the experience of the staff and the community they serviced. A team of 10 from Idea Theorem worked on the project, focusing on user research and creating a design that worked well for the end users as well as the administrative staff. The project was completed last year and Idea Theorem has been providing support as needed.

Lastly, Idea Theorem was hired by a healthcare company to design and develop a Learning Management System (LMS). The goal was to customize the LMS to meet the learning needs of the company's members, which included Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, and Nurse Practitioners in Ontario, Canada. A team of 2-5 employees from Idea Theorem worked on the project, which involved evaluating available LMS in the market, creating UX UI designs, implementing customization of the LMS platform, and conducting usability testing to gather feedback from the end users. The project was successful and the client was pleased with the results.
