The establishment had been battling problems such as weak connectivity and security breaches into customers’ personal data. iBovi installed a robust network system and set up effective security lines, using their hardware. They applied terms and conditions for the Wi-Fi use, ensuring customer protection from cyber-attacks. They also established protocols to respond to hacking attempts and provided a chain of custody process for legal proceedings in the event of a hacker's arrest. The project, which ran from December 2017 to January 2018, involved an initial investment of approximately $14,100 for hardware and setup, followed by an annual subscription of about $9,400 for security information management and internal response.
