Hudson Commerce was hired by the Executive Shaving Co., Europe's largest online traditional shaving retailer, to re-platform their website onto the Magento 2 system and manage their digital advertising strategy. The project involved building a new website from scratch and migrating all data from the old system, without negatively impacting customer experience or website ranking. The Hudson team was chosen for their ability to resolve specific issues and help develop and grow the business. The project was successfully completed with several members of the Hudson team, including the business owner, marketing manager, new business manager, project manager, and several developers.

For a Scottish craft drinks e-commerce store, Hudson Commerce was engaged to re-platform the website from Magento 2 to Shopify. The project required specialist skills in both Magento and Shopify to understand the complexities of the site. The scope of work included design tweaks, replicating extensions from the Shopify App Store, and migrating customer data and order history. A new subscription app was also required for recurring orders. The project was successfully handled by a team of four from Hudson, including a project manager, front-end developer, another developer, and a digital marketing manager.

Hudson Commerce was approached by a fashion retail company planning to launch a website in a new international territory. The team guided the client through the pros and cons of Magento and Shopify, eventually deciding on Magento. They then developed a brand, logo, and initial web design based on the client's business model. The project, which involved around 5-6 people from Hudson's team, was successfully delivered in April 2018 after a development phase of 6-7 months. The client invested around $75,000-$80,000 in the project.
