They handled all inbound support inquiries about order sizes, provided weekly reporting on volume and any issues they encountered, and escalated tickets when necessary. The partnership, which began in October 2019 and cost around $150,000, was so successful that Horatio was kept on to provide general support after the pop-up shop ended. They now contribute to the company's support inquiries, escalating only select issues.
