Radiant Group of Companies, a provider of big data services, cash management, and security solutions, engaged Growthfluence to develop a comprehensive digital strategy aimed at enhancing their employer branding. The goal was to increase their branding score, thereby boosting the number of employee referrals by 8–10%. Growthfluence delivered a strategic roadmap, "Radiant Social," an employee advocacy program that included reference hiring.
