Growth Drivers was hired by a Los Angeles-based chatbot software company to conduct market research on the chatbot industry. The goal was to outline the company's positioning, messaging, and niche growth strategies to maximize product return investment. After meeting on Shapr and discussing the benefits of collaboration, the company chose Growth Drivers to conduct informational phone calls and create documentation that identified potential niches for chatbot development. The research was used to determine brand positioning strategies and create the wireframe for the company's website. The client worked with a team of two representatives from Growth Drivers.
A software consulting firm engaged Growth Drivers to improve their website, rewrite all of their copy, and help generate inbound leads. After a series of interviews, Growth Drivers rewrote the content and copy of the website, improved UI/UX, and conversion rates. They are now developing strategies to grow inbound leads and are rewriting much of the firm's email content. The founder of Growth Drivers, Matthew, was the main point of contact for the project. The project was successful and the firm invested about $15,000.
Growth Drivers was hired by a courtroom visualization company to boost their marketing endeavors. The company wanted to increase the number of qualified leads from email marketing and from a large trade show they attend each year. Growth Drivers set up a CRM for the company and moved all their existing client information from an Excel spreadsheet to the new CRM. They then set up an ad and email marketing campaign to reach new clients. They also created three storyboards for each of the 20 selected cases, which were featured at the company's booth in Las Vegas. The company invested between $5,000–$10,000 in the project which ran from June 2018 through the end of August 2018.
