The Greenhouse

The Greenhouse was enlisted by an eye clinic to help restructure and prioritize roles within the company, due to new positions being added and staff turnovers. The firm effectively came in and identified the most efficient ways for the employees to work together. They also provided full-day training sessions on how to run weekly staff meetings and set achievable goals. The engagement began in March 2020 and is still ongoing. The eye clinic has reported positive feedback on The Greenhouse's ability to streamline operations and improve the overall efficiency of the team.

In another project, Be More Colorful, a VR and 360-degree media provider, engaged The Greenhouse for the implementation of their Entrepreneurial Operation System (EOS). The Greenhouse provided an in-depth process of building out the company, ensuring efficient meetings, defining the right positions, and placing the right people in those positions. They also helped the company become more efficient in their meetings by focusing on the highest priority items first. They assisted in the development of the company's mission, vision, and values, and even helped in the hiring of interns. The partnership started in March 2019 and is still ongoing, with the first phase ending within the first 2-3 months. Be More Colorful has expressed appreciation for the unique insights and strategies The Greenhouse has brought to their business growth and development.
