A team of 2-5 employees from GoVivace worked on this project, delivering the CallAI solution. This product provided the client with the ability to examine quantitative quality metrics for various call quality assessment criteria, which greatly facilitated tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement. It also offered standard features for call research, sentiment analysis, speaking rate analysis, and word cloud generation. While some features worked immediately, the quality metrics dashboard needed custom setup, for which the client received training and support.
