Goat

Goat was hired by a business school to assist in the development of their website. The project had grown in scope and hit a wall, requiring a professional web developer to bring all the elements together. Goat reviewed the existing UX design, gave recommendations for improvement, and then worked on building out the website on a Robustel Cloud Manager Service (RCMS) platform. They also handled challenging APIs, some of which were outdated or overly customized. The team, which was made up of 4-5 people, began their work in June 2019 and have been actively tweaking the website since its launch.

In another project, Goat was brought in by a post-secondary education website to understand how their target market used their website and to find ways to improve it. The website served as a hub for admissions, applications, and transcript exchanges between institutions in British Columbia. Goat conducted surveys and interviews with different target groups, analyzed the feedback, and presented findings and recommendations for improvements. This project transformed into a multi-phase project with Goat now working on conceptual designs of the site’s structure, flow, and high-level functionality. The project began in December 2019, with the first phase delivered in March 2020 and the second phase scheduled to finish at the end of June 2020.
