Global Mediator was hired by Össur, a global leader in non-invasive orthopedics, to provide ERP consulting for their enterprise solutions. The Delivery Manager of Össur selected Global Mediator based on their culture fit, value for cost, and aligned company values. The scope of work involved user support, development of new features, and an upgrade from Nav2009 to Business Central. Six to ten employees from Global Mediator were assigned to this project which resulted in the successful delivery of ongoing end-user support, implementation of new features, and a smooth transition to Business Central.

In another project, Global Mediator worked with Forto Logistics SE & CO. KG, a company that designs digital freight forwarding solutions. The Head of Finance Systems at Forto hired Global Mediator to adjust Business Central to their local requirements and develop an API with other Forto tools. The team also provided consultancy on the effective use of Business Central. The scope of the project included implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, business requirement assessment, system customization, and development of custom features. The project, handled by 2-5 employees from Global Mediator, resulted in a successful implementation of Business Central, enhanced functionality, and effective integration with other systems.
