GA Creative was hired by a district energy development company to upgrade their website. The company, although young, had senior staff and was looking to establish a presence and credibility in the market. The vendor was chosen for their experience with emerging companies and the potential for a long-term partnership. GA Creative engaged in a discovery phase, developing two distinct website styles that could be expanded upon in the future. The client worked directly with four principals and staff from GA Creative, including those in charge of client development, operations, strategy, and art.

The third-largest nonprofit health system in the US engaged the services of GA Creative for a variety of projects including digital, print, events, and creative work. The focus was on marketing to increase the pipeline of candidates to apply for work with the health system. GA Creative worked with the team to build advertisements and messaging, and also helped with a campaign to bring talent into a competitive market in Seattle. They created a year-long strategy for the campaign, introducing a new media buying group and expanding the client's reach into streaming and advanced television and streaming audio.

A software company hired GA Creative to generate leads and provide social media support and branding services. GA Creative held strategy meetings and planning sessions at the client's office before creating content, branding, lead generation, and other aspects of social media marketing. They also created a new website focusing on lead generation. The client had three primary points of contact with GA Creative, including the Principal & Client Services, the Principal of Brand Strategy, and the Principal of Creative Services. Over the course of their engagement from 2016–2019, the client invested a couple of million dollars in GA Creative's services.
