FutureRemote partnered with CherryPick LLC to develop a back office dashboard (admin panel) for a healthcare SaaS provider. The main goal was to create an admin panel from scratch, enabling the management of separate instances, use-cases, roles, and the generation of reports and statistics on services provided. The team at FutureRemote selected CherryPick LLC based on their previous successful collaborations. CherryPick LLC was responsible for UI/UX development and design, feature implementation, project management, QA and deployment, and post-delivery support and improvements, using a team consisting of a senior full-stack JS developer, a project manager, and a manual QA. The project began with requirements analysis and planning, with FutureRemote initially providing a list of required features and CherryPick LLC advising on the rest. The project involved long-term cooperation and the team size was kept small to ensure efficiency. The project was successfully completed and the client was satisfied with the results delivered by CherryPick LLC.
