Highlights from Recent Projects
Frontkom was hired by Leroy Merlin, a retail company specializing in DIY products, to develop and implement an intranet solution for its 13,000 employees. The goal was to replace the existing Microsoft SharePoint-based intranet with a modern web application utilizing Google Workspace. Despite the tight deadline of three months, Frontkom delivered a new intranet solution that not only reflected the features of the old system but also enabled further data-driven digital innovation. The process was transparent and agile, with regular updates and feedback sessions. The project was completed within the set timeframe and met the company's needs perfectly.
APN Promise, the largest Certified Microsoft Partner in the Baltics, engaged Frontkom to improve the UX and UI design of one of their B2B applications. The goal was to enhance the intuitiveness and user experience of the application while maintaining a modern look and robust features. Frontkom conducted a Product Strategy and User Design workshop, interviewed different stakeholders, and presented several different mockup approaches. The final design was decided upon through joint discussions, ensuring that it best served the company's goals. The project was a success, with the application's design greatly improved and well-received by the users.
Euromaster, a multiservice automotive provider, hired Frontkom for a custom software development project. The goal was to develop a new B2B and B2Dealers platform for order placement and processing, invoice processing, and more. The project aimed to increase sales through improved customer experience and streamline back-office efficiency through process automation and better data optimization. Frontkom's team, which grew from five to ten members throughout the project, provided both consultative and executive roles. They successfully designed and developed the new platform using Laravel, replacing the company's old legacy system. The project resulted in a more efficient ordering and invoicing process, greatly benefiting both Euromaster and its customers.
