Highlights from Recent Projects
Frontkom was hired by APN Promise, a certified Microsoft Partner, to revamp the UX and UI design of one of their B2B applications. The goal of the project was to enhance the application's intuitiveness and user experience while maintaining a modern look. Frontkom's team, which included a dedicated project manager and two designers, conducted interviews with various stakeholders to understand the application's purpose and business goals. They presented multiple design mockups and incorporated feedback from APN Promise to create a design that best served their goals. The client was pleased with the results and appreciated Frontkom's well-thought-out and transparent proposal.
Frontkom also worked with Leroy Merlin, a retail company specializing in DIY products, to develop and implement a new intranet solution for their 13,000 employees. The project aimed to replace the company's existing Microsoft SharePoint-based intranet with a modern web application utilizing Google Workspace. Frontkom was chosen for their expertise in PHP-based intranet solutions and their previous successful collaborations with Leroy Merlin. The project was completed within a tight three-month timeframe. Leroy Merlin appreciated Frontkom's transparency and agility during the project, and were satisfied with the final solution, which met their needs and was completed within the set timeframe.
Euromaster, a multiservice automotive provider, engaged Frontkom to develop a B2B and B2Dealers platform for order processing and invoicing. The project aimed to improve customer experience and back-office efficiency. Frontkom was chosen for their deep understanding of Euromaster's business and their consultative approach. The team, which scaled up to eight developers, a designer, and a project manager during the project, was responsible for the design and Laravel-based development of the solution. Euromaster was pleased with Frontkom's ability to understand their complex business model and focus on the needs of their employees and target users.
