Framework IT

Framework IT provided IT services for a social impact organization with the goal of supporting staff with tech-related support, IT infrastructure, and IT strategy. They established a system of remote support for staff troubleshooting issues, set up cybersecurity training, email security, and assisted with an office move. They also worked on multiple cloud environment projects and are currently aiding in the migration from a physical server to a cloud server. For the East Chicago Public Library, Framework IT was hired to maintain network infrastructure, support a cloud-based wireless network for public use, and provide onsite and remote help desk support to staff. They provided an outsourced virtual technology partner for the library, assisting with onsite help desk support twice a week. They were also instrumental in designing and implementing the library's network, which includes 125 staff and public workstations, offsite backup with disaster recovery, and management of a cloud-based wireless network across multiple locations.
