Followbright

Followbright was hired by a realtor from RE/MAX to create a website for generating leads and attracting buyers and sellers. The team at Followbright developed and designed a new website, researched keywords to target, and made the site SEO-friendly. They also provided continuous updates, checked for broken links, and updated the client about changes with Google's ranking system. The client primarily worked with Erin, the founder of Followbright, and Josh, a frontend developer. The project, which started in June 2005, is ongoing and the client has invested between $10,000-$50,000 in the services.

The Town of Frisco, a resort community in Colorado, hired Followbright to increase their web presence and create a brand for their web communications. The goal was to create a web portal that was citizen-centric rather than following the traditional government approach to communication. Followbright designed a user-friendly interface that connected all the city departments with the citizens of Frisco, organizing the information in an easily accessible and consumable format. The town primarily worked with Erin, the founder of Followbright.

A 4-year college for Mountain Guides worked with Followbright to rebuild their communications systems. The aim was to better discern fitting prospects for the school and to reduce the intensity of the application process. Followbright overhauled the entire communication process, including website content, social media, drip email sequences, scripts for interviews, and onboarding process management. The client worked directly with a project manager from Followbright and at least four other internal team members. The vendor was initially found through a friend of a friend who had a positive experience with Followbright.
