Flawless Inbound Inc. was hired by MedicAlert, a Canadian charity, to rebuild their 20-year-old IT infrastructure. The project involved integrating new systems with their HubSpot CRM and rebuilding their website. Despite the unique nature of the charity's transactions and lack of process documentation, Flawless Inbound managed to outline a solution that took into account the constraints of HubSpot and developed integrations with Stripe and AWS. In a separate project, Flawless Inbound was hired by HPCI, a telecommunications company, to help with their marketing strategy. The team helped the company transition everything under their control, revamped their SEO, launched multiple avenues of social media, integrated CRM software into their website to better track inbound leads, and integrated HubSpot with Salesforce. They also built a thorough website, moved the company's paid search, moved their email hosting to Outlook, and did email nurturing. The project, which started in June 2017, is still ongoing.
