FAiTRiX was hired by RIM Events & Education, an event firm, to develop an internal CRM system. The CEO of RIM Events & Education felt the need for a CRM system to manage leads more effectively, as the company was previously using Trello and Zoho. FAiTRiX developed the CRM system using JavaScript, Node.js, and React for the frontend development. The CRM system was integrated into the company's website and featured an interface that allowed the CEO to access all client information, including contact information and service preferences. The system also facilitated communication between employees and clients. The project began in September 2020 and concluded in January 2021, with a total investment of $30,000. The CEO of RIM Events & Education was in constant contact with a project manager from FAiTRiX, and occasionally interacted with the designer and director.
