FAiTRiX completed a CRM System Development project for RIM Events & Education, an event firm that handles weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, and more. The owner of RIM Events & Education, who personally interacts with clients and closes sales, sought FAiTRiX's help to develop an internal CRM system that would enable more efficient operation with clients. The goal was to prevent any missed leads due to a lack of a proper CRM. FAiTRiX built a CRM system as part of the client's website using JavaScript, Node.js, and React for the frontend development. Key features of the system include automatic updates of any applications received from the website, access to client contact information, and a platform for employees to discuss with clients and understand their service requirements. The client had direct contact with the project manager, designer, and director during the project. The project, which started in September 2020 and ended in January 2021, cost the client $30,000.
