EXTERTEST

EXTERTEST was engaged by the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facility – Regional Actions, a project funded by the European Union, to provide quality assurance for a custom voting app. The collaboration began in late 2018 or early 2019 when the project team realized that existing voting app solutions did not meet their requirements. EXTERTEST was recommended by the IT community in Ukraine and was contracted to ensure the app functioned as expected. The project was completed successfully, with the first contract costing under €1,000 (approximately $1,200 USD).

In 2019, EXTERTEST was again engaged by the same project to test a new course on their platform. The course, a complex storytelling module with numerous system requirements, was set to be launched on the Moodle system. EXTERTEST's role was to ensure the quality and functionality of the course before its launch. The project was completed within the stipulated time, costing around €10,000 (approximately $12,000 USD).

The third project involved a special activity for civil society activists. Six digital solutions were adapted for the needs of a new country, with the development of six new IT products in five weeks. EXTERTEST was brought in for "extreme testing", which involved prelaunch and user-acceptance testing done within a week. They worked alongside the development teams of these six products, ensuring their functionality and quality. This project was also completed successfully, costing around €10,000 (approximately $12,000 USD).
