EXTERTEST was contracted by an EU-funded project, Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facility – Regional Actions, to test their voting app used during a regional hackathon. The app had specific user requirements and needed to be custom-made, as existing solutions didn't meet the project's needs. EXTERTEST successfully provided the needed QA services for the app, ensuring it functioned as required. The collaboration with EXTERTEST was deemed successful and cost-effective, with the first contract being under €1,000.
In 2019, EXTERTEST was again engaged by the same project to provide QA for a new course on their platform. The course, which used the Moodle system, was complex with many modules and system requirements. EXTERTEST ensured the course met all the requirements and functioned as expected. The project was completed successfully, costing around €10,000.
The third project involved "extreme testing" for six digital solutions developed for civil society activists in a new country. The solutions were developed in five weeks and required prelaunch and user-acceptance testing within a week. EXTERTEST was able to complete the testing successfully, working with the development teams of the six products. This project also cost around €10,000. The collaboration with EXTERTEST ended in May 2019.
