Experience Dynamics was hired by a Fortune 500 consultancy firm to deliver UX/UI Design Training to their clients. The vendor was selected due to their impressive solutions and training learning path from a previous brief engagement. The project involved numerous meetings with the client, designing a learning path, delivering a pilot class, and refining the classes based on feedback. The project was directly supervised by Frank Spillers, the CEO and Founder of Experience Dynamics.

Experience Dynamics was engaged by a retail company, Coastal Farm and Ranch, to conduct in-depth market research. The goal was to understand customer personas better and leverage the research for a website redesign. The vendor's team of 2-5 employees conducted ethnographic field studies, qualitative and quantitative research, and in-depth persona development. The deliverables included a detailed report on findings and personas, video recordings of ethnographic studies and interviews, and the quantitative survey results.

A student exchange organization, AFS-USA, hired Experience Dynamics for app testing and staff training. The project's objectives were to conduct an accessibility audit of specific digital applications, understand the current status of digital accessibility, and identify tools to improve it. The vendor's team of 2-5 employees conducted an accessibility audit of key onboarding flows, accessibility testing, and provided a report with recommendations. They also held kick-off and research results findings meetings and provided training for staff around accessibility.
