Experience Dynamics was contracted by Southeast Service Cooperative, a network uniting over 100 public and private school districts, cities, counties, and other organizations in southeast Minnesota, to improve their website, FutureForward. The company conducted user research, optimized the website for mobile use, developed gamification elements, personalized the website experience, and used website analytics to track user behavior and measure success. The result was a more user-friendly and engaging platform for students, empowering them to take charge of their career exploration journey.
Experience Dynamics worked with Citizens Companies on their commercial platform for global sustainable mobility, Supercool. The company was hired to design the Service Blueprint for Supercool Mobility Centers. The scope of work included defining the business model, market, opportunities, and channels, defining value proposition pains and gains, mapping out the lifetime user journey based on actual field data from vendors and clients, and generating throw-away concepts used to proof ideas and service interfaces. The result was a comprehensive service plan from showroom to immersive presentations and back-end ecosystem.
Experience Dynamics partnered with Digital Society School, a school that designs, develops and facilitates learning experiences for young professionals in design, digital society and social innovation. The company was hired to provide workshops within the Design Transformation Intensive program run in Amsterdam. The workshops focused on sustainability and UX/Human-Centered Design (HCD), aligning with the school's focus on using digital technology for the benefit of the planet and society. The workshops were well received by the trainees, who ranged from young professionals from all continents aged between 20 and 40.
