Execon One undertook an e-commerce development project for a leading telecommunications company in Poland. The project aimed to replace existing monolithic systems responsible for online sales with micro-services systems in a cloud-native environment. The scope of work involved building devops environments, CI/CD processes, performance and functional tests, and optimizing the solution for cache and production performance. The project team comprised around 20 professionals, including developers, testers, project managers, and UX/UI designers. The decision to hire Execon One was based on their competitive time-to-market and cost factors.

In another project, Execon One was hired by BNP Paribas Faktoring to improve, automate, and monitor the credit process within the company. This project, known as the Workflow project, was one of the largest in the area of process automation at BNP Faktoring. The project involved creating a customer search engine, forms for sales employees, integration with external systems, and various procedural steps leading to a credit decision. The project team consisted of a project manager, an analyst, a tester, and four developers. Execon One was chosen for this project due to the successful delivery of two previous projects.

Execon One also developed a custom software for E.ON, one of the leading electricity suppliers in Poland. The project was necessitated by new regulatory obligations related to the installation of smart meters. The HES-NG system developed by Execon One enabled E.ON to meet these regulations and also offered a solution for the mass implementation of smart meters. The project involved the development of a universal meter reading component, which can work with any smart metering device without the need for further software development works and system redeployment. The project team included project managers, system architects, business analysts, UX designers, backend developers, frontend developers, and a user acceptance tester. Execon One was chosen through a tender procedure and was found to be the best fit for E.ON's needs.
