Execon One

Execon One undertook an E-commerce Development project for a leading telecommunications company in Poland. The primary goal was to replace the monolithic systems responsible for online sales for several markets by building micro-services systems in a cloud-native environment. This project involved creating devops environments, CI / CD processes, performance and functional tests, and optimizing the solution in terms of cache and performance on production. The team consisted of around 20 people, including developers, testers, project managers, UX and UI designers. The vendor was selected after a thorough verification of the entire IT market in Poland, with time to market and costs being the deciding factors.

In a separate project, Execon One provided Custom Software Development for E.ON, a leading electricity supplier in Poland. The project aimed to implement the HES remote reading system in response to new EU obligations and changes in Polish law regarding the installation of smart meters. The vendor was selected through a tender procedure and proved to be the best fit for the company's needs. The interdisciplinary team of 30 business and IT specialists from Stoen AMI team and Execon developed a universal meter reading component capable of working with any smart metering device without the need for further software development works and system redeployment.

Execon One also worked on a Factoring Credit Process - Workflow project for BNP Paribas Faktoring in Poland. The project aimed to improve, automate, and monitor the credit process in the company. Execon One was chosen based on the successful delivery of two previous projects and the established trust between the two companies. The workflow project, one of the largest in the area of process automation at BNP Faktoring, covered the credit process leading to the credit decision for the company's clients. The team consisted of a project manager, an analyst, a tester, and four developers.
