Evolve Activation collaborated with Nutrawise Health & Beauty on event marketing for various trade shows and expositions. The partnership aimed to create a unique and comfortable ambiance for the events. Evolve's team of six, including an account executive and brand ambassador, assisted with outside activations for shows like Expo West and Expo East, and events like the World Surf League, Ohana Festival, and Country Thunder festival. They also provided event planning, setups, and PR services. For Expo West, they used a Volkswagen orange dub trailer as a cafe to distribute samples of pastries and coffee made with Nutrawise products. The partnership, which began around 2017, saw Nutrawise invest around $200,000 with Evolve in the previous year.

Evolve Activation was hired by a leading promotional agency to introduce a new line of enhanced beverages to millennial consumers in various locations. The goal was to provide staffing that met strict client criteria, train and educate the staff, select staff that were available in a variety of target markets, and do so during a busy time of the year with a short turnaround. Evolve's team of five, including a senior account manager and a partner, successfully hired staff in key markets, trained them, and ensured they arrived at key venues and events as planned. They also set up the event on-site, sampled targeted consumers at venues and events, encouraged research feedback and social media postings, and provided a detailed program report.

An organic energy drinks company engaged Evolve Activation for a major roadshow at an important wholesale chain store. The project aimed to make the company stand out among many competitors in the US energy drinks industry. Evolve's team, including an account executive, a coordinator, and two brand ambassadors, managed the activation from beginning to end, created an impressive booth in the wholesale stores, and provided two dynamic, sociable, motivated, and sales-oriented brand ambassadors to support the roadshow for 11 weeks. The engagement, which began in November 2021 and ended in November 2022, was so successful that the company wants to hire Evolve again for future activations in the US.
