Evolve Activation was hired by a freelance executive producer to staff and coordinate a multi-room haunted house for a film marketing campaign. The Evolve Activation team, consisting of 45 members, provided actors, hair and makeup stylists, and customer-facing operational staff. They also coordinated activations at various malls in the Los Angeles area and provided their own equipment. The collaboration lasted from May to August 2021 and the producer invested $250,000 in the project. The producer had a long-standing relationship with Justin, the Director of Account Services & Partner at Evolve Activation, which facilitated the partnership.

Oishii, a company that grows fruits in vertical indoor farms, hired Evolve Activation for market research and event marketing and management. Evolve Activation was tasked with proposing and executing an experiential marketing event during the summer of 2024. They researched specific events, negotiated rates for experiential marketing activations, and provided logistical support including transportation and staffing for events. The team from Evolve Activation, consisting of 2-5 employees, partnered with Oishii to launch a pilot program for sampling and selling their vertically farmed premium strawberries at farmers markets in the Northeast. The products were a massive hit and sold out at almost every event.

An advertising and marketing agency hired Evolve Activation to manage a high-stakes experiential activation. The Evolve Activation team was responsible for managing the construction and setup of the activation footprint, utilizing historical activation data to optimize asset placement. They also managed the teardown process and organized all assets for transport back to storage. Additionally, Evolve Activation managed the working staff including event leads, activation managers, and brand ambassadors over a 10-day activation period. They also worked closely with the management agency staff to coordinate setup and breakdown footprint and event activation space. The project was successful and resulted in a detailed event recap with pictures at the conclusion of the activation.
