Epinote was hired by ReSpo.Vision, a sports analytics company, to provide data annotation services for deep learning computer vision models. The project involved defining the annotation task, preparing tutorials, distributing tasks among annotators, and conducting a quality assurance process after the initial annotation. The Epinote team, led by the CEO, COO, and a Project Manager, delivered high-quality, cost-effective results. The most significant outcome was the creation of a dataset that served as a basis for training deep learning models. Tools such as Pytorch, CVAT, and OpenCV were utilized in this collaboration.

Epinote collaborated with Mobitouch, a mobile development company, on a data cleansing project. The project aimed to structure, update, and recognize conflicts in the company's vast data, enabling them to make data-based decisions confidently. The project was executed in several iterations, including data validation, structuring and standardizing the database, adding missing data, and checking for duplicates and conflicts. The Epinote team, led by the COO and a tech expert, used SQL, Google Sheets, and Python scripts to deliver efficient and high-quality results.

Epinote was hired to conduct a mystery shopping simulation for an online electronics store. Based on a recommendation, the company entrusted Epinote with the task of creating a mystery shopping scenario, conducting the research, and preparing a summary. The project was managed by a single, highly professional Project Manager from Epinote, who ensured that the project was executed seamlessly and effectively.
