Highlights from Recent Projects
Emorphis Technologies was contracted by a consulting firm to deploy a minimally viable Salesforce CRM instance for a medical diagnostics company. The consulting firm managed the requirements gathering and UAT aspects while Emorphis handled the development. Emorphis provided an architect and a developer for the project. After initial kickoff meetings to determine project scope and plan, the team began intaking project requirements from the business unit. From there, the solution was designed, built, tested, and implemented successfully.
A jewelry selling company hired Emorphis to streamline their operations and sales. The company was managing everything on excel sheets and through phone calls and emails, but with a growing number of suppliers and channel sales partners, it became difficult. The goal was to reduce operation yield time and cost, and to streamline and automate their sales process and sales channels. Emorphis proposed a Salesforce solution, which was implemented by a team of four, including a Salesforce architect, two developers, and a tester. The solution optimized the process of assigning orders to manufacturers and suppliers, and managing the complete sales cycle.
Emorphis was hired by a nonprofit organization for Salesforce NPSP implementation and enhancements. The decision to hire Emorphis was based on their proposal, experience, core competence in the Salesforce NPSP domain, and competitive pricing. The project involved modeling of NPSP objects from scratch to reflect the business processes and creating and optimizing program workflows on Salesforce NPSP. The vendor's team included an account manager, a senior cloud consultant, and two junior resources. The project was successfully completed, meeting the client's expectations.
