Highlights from Recent Projects
Duty Labs was hired by Cebedia, a cannabis market data platform, to develop a startup idea. The project's objective was to create an information platform for the cannabis market based on a data pipeline in Jupyter notebook. The founder of Cebedia, who knew the founder and lead developer of Duty Labs from university, led the project. Duty Labs developed an efficient login process, email invitations, and the expected information platform. The agency founder and two full stack developers were involved in the project, with regular interactions on a weekly basis and daily when needed.
Duty Labs was engaged by a SaaS company to develop a testable Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in a short amount of time. The owner and product manager/designer of the SaaS company, who had previous positive experiences with Duty Labs, led the project. The project involved full involvement from tech planning to building, with one engineer from each side. The project, which had a budget of $2500, was completed in its first phase.
Duty Labs was hired by an athletic trainer app to provide customer service and development support. The app, a digital platform that links athletic trainers with people who need them, lacked an internal tech support team. Duty Labs worked on the mobile app, which is available on Google Play and the App Store, and a desktop version used by event operators for listing events. The team, led by the founder and CEO of Duty Labs, cleaned up the code and fixed bugs, and also helped launch larger app features. The project, which began in January 2020 and is ongoing, has so far cost close to $75,000.
