Dorsay was hired by a community development financial institution to raise their profile in the community and among clients. The company, which had been operating for 30 years, wanted to build awareness about their group through social media. Dorsay helped draw the attention of small business owners to build awareness for the services that the institution provides in terms of technical expertise and access to capital. The institution worked with two people from Dorsay and their engagement started in March 2020 and is ongoing.

Dorsay was hired by Main Street Pontiac, a nonprofit organization focused on the revitalization and historic preservation efforts in downtown Pontiac, Michigan, to create new branding and a new website. The goal was to have a site that was visually enticing, promoted downtown's businesses, and was easy to navigate. Dorsay, a local business in downtown Pontiac, was selected for the job due to their clean aesthetics, easy-to-navigate menus, and expertise in keyword searches. They worked with three people from Dorsay, and the final result was a great site that promotes businesses and is consistent with their new branding.

A childcare business with five centers located in and around Philadelphia, PA, hired Dorsay to revamp their website and for SEO work and online marketing. The owner of the childcare business was introduced to Dorsay and their owner, Steve Childs, through a marketing firm they were using. The deciding factors for choosing Dorsay were price, competency and reliability, and Steve Childs himself. The scope of work included a revamp of their website to improve the look, layout, and speed of the site, SEO work, regular updates on the website with blog posts and articles, and positive customer reviews. They also assisted the childcare business with their efforts at hiring by teaching them how to work with Indeed.
