DMS Designs Pty Ltd. was hired by a marketing and business intelligence company to develop a website and a CRM solution. The company, which specializes in benefit programs and customer loyalty initiatives, sought to overcome challenges with their existing solution and to maximize their CRM capabilities. DMS Designs was selected based on a recommendation and comparison with four other vendors. The team, comprised of a project manager, a designer, three developers, and a QA resource, created wireframes, tackled API and XML request issues, and built the site using ASP.Net. An initial MVP was launched and SEO was implemented to build good traffic. The full version of the site is yet to be launched.
In a separate project, DMS Designs was engaged by Graham Lusty Trailers, an Australian trailer manufacturer, to create and manage their website. The company lacked the technical capability to build and maintain a website. DMS Designs developed the original site four years ago and is currently finishing a new one. They also provided a range of design services including logo design, graphic renderings of trailer images, brochure design, layout, formatting, and printing. Additionally, DMS Designs also developed an app for the company's race car transporters. The new website is set to be launched soon.
