Diya was hired by an IT company to provide managed IT services. The company was looking to scale its growth and required a team of level 1, 2, and 3 helpdesk and support engineers. Diya was selected due to their comprehensive offering which included call management and various levels of engineers. The project led to the creation of a finely tuned support machine, with the team led by Diya's project manager, Anatoliy. The end result was a team of nine engineers providing 24/7 support to end users via phone or other instant messaging platforms.

In another project, Diya provided staff augmentation for a technology security company. The company needed a skilled team to fill skill gaps and decided to hire a team of part-time resources with different skill sets rather than one full-time person. Diya was chosen based on their skill set and provided a level one help desk solution that was available 24/7. They also helped users migrate from different platforms onto Office 365. The team consisted of around 15 people, including an admin resource, a dedicated triage resource, and a business development resource.

Diya also provided customer support services for AirPatrol, a home heating solutions company. The company required assistance with customer support and selected Diya based on their geographic location, budget-friendly pricing, and great culture fit. Diya's team of 2-5 employees mainly helped with live chat support for customers, but also provided occasional email support. The main goal was to solve any issues with the company's services and answer any customer questions, ultimately leaving customers satisfied with the support.
