Digital Design Agency Group (DDAG) was hired by an online marketplace to develop an e-commerce platform. The team at DDAG began by designing a template from scratch using Photoshop before transitioning their work to Figma. They then used PHP, Node.js, and HTML5 to develop the platform, which was subsequently integrated with WooCommerce. The client worked with three individuals from DDAG, including their technical lead, their marketing department, and a business analyst. The project, which began in December 2021, is still ongoing and has so far cost the client around 950,000 Rand (approximately $61,000 USD).

DDAG was chosen by Dram Discovery Shop, a black African owned, family-run, rare malt whisky specialist e-tailer, to create a user-friendly e-commerce store. The project began with a kick-off meeting to discuss goals and objectives. The DDAG team then delivered mock-ups and wireframes for the site, which were approved by management. After a few iterations, the team designed and developed a new Shopify site, incorporating a contact form and payment processing feature. The client's main point of contact was a project manager, but there were also two backend developers and a designer working behind the scenes.

Pecu Projects, a property management company, hired DDAG to create a rental management system with a database of tenant behavior information. The company chose DDAG after reviewing five proposals, as DDAG best understood the local commercial real estate market and met their needs in terms of mobility, contactless technology, functionality, cloud technology, usability, reliability, and security. The project, which cost $150,000, was paid in three stages, with an initial deposit of $50,000. The project management team included a project sponsor, subject matter experts, a product owner, a project manager, a technical lead, software developers, software testers, and user acceptance testers.
