DevEngineering completed a project for Hidden Springs Maple, a distributor of maple syrup and Vermont products. The project involved transitioning the client's website, initially built on the Zen Cart platform, to Drupal. The process included retaining the site's basic functionalities while completely revamping its look and feel. The team of five to six members also incorporated a commercial front end for customers to view products, read reviews, and make purchases. The backend was designed for the client to manage order queues and produce shipping labels. The project took around nine months from the initial discussions to the cutover period of migrating the database. The client appreciated the smooth transition, with no data loss or need for manual reconfigurations.

DevEngineering also worked with a media publishing company to develop and implement an online resource center. The platform was designed to provide users with access to a variety of value-added content, such as case studies, white papers, and videos. The company primarily handled the visual design, while DevEngineering was responsible for developing the systems architecture and user experience using Drupal. The team included a project manager and several developers. The client, who had previously hired DevEngineering in a different role, was satisfied with the successful completion of the resource center project. The professional relationship between the client and DevEngineering lasted for several years.
