DesignsTouch was hired by Life Navigators, a nonprofit organization for individuals with disabilities, to revamp their website and manage their social media presence. The main goals were to enhance accessibility and SEO. DesignsTouch was initially chosen for their social media expertise, which led to them being entrusted with the website redesign. They successfully managed the organization's social media across six platforms and incorporated accessibility plugins and SEO features into the website, using WordPress. The project was managed by Nim and a team of backend staff and social media experts.

DesignsTouch was engaged by a small consulting firm to establish their online presence and provide business coaching. The firm's president chose DesignsTouch based on referrals and positive reviews. The project involved creating a domain, custom email, Google workspace, logo, slogan, and business card designs. Additionally, DesignsTouch provided SEO services and business coaching. The firm's president worked closely with Nim and Josh, who guided the client through the process and helped refine the company's brand image.

The president and CEO of a hospitality company selected DesignsTouch for their graphic design, custom website design, UX/UI, and digital marketing services. The decision was based on a referral and DesignsTouch's excellent design skills. The project commenced with design thinking, information architecture, content development, and website wireframing. The client worked with a team of five from DesignsTouch, including the CTO, a project manager, UX/UI experts, and developers.
