Demand Solutions Group (DSG) carried out an integrated NetSuite/Salesforce implementation data backup and recovery solution for EVault, Inc. The project was initiated due to EVault’s outdated accounting system and disjointed ERP system. DSG took the lead in the discovery process, system implementation, coding, testing, training, and support. The decision to integrate NetSuite and Salesforce was influenced by DSG, who suggested the two systems could work seamlessly together. DSG was contracted by Zendesk to implement a high-speed system to match the rapid growth of the company. The project involved system configuration and deployment of general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, and accounts receivable modules.
