Dazeworks

Dazeworks successfully completed a project for the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where they created a Management Information System (MIS) on the Salesforce cloud platform for two departments. The Dazeworks team converted static data into dynamic data, providing a major upgrade from the institute's previous system. The project involved architecture, testing, and data uploading, with continuous support provided throughout. The team of five, led by the CEO Shiv Devinarayanan, was highly commended for their work.

In another project, Dazeworks was hired by a company offering corporate employee transportation services to digitize their key business processes. These included sales, vehicle maintenance, and driver engagement, which were all successfully moved to the Salesforce platform. The project was an end-to-end process involving requirement gathering, system analysis, design, and implementation. The team, headed by a project manager and supported by a business analyst, tech lead, and developers, was introduced by Salesforce and gained the client's confidence through a successful pilot process.

Dazeworks also partnered with Place Technology, a venture-backed software company, for product development, customer custom development, and ongoing implementation support. The CEO and Founder of Place Technology, who had previously worked with Dazeworks, praised the team for their consistent delivery of high-quality work. The team composition varied based on the requirements of each project, demonstrating Dazeworks' flexibility and adaptability in meeting client needs.
