The Dayhuff Group was engaged by a leading US homebuilding company to automate the process of entering HUD statement information into their ERP system. The project, which ran from March to June 2020, fully automated the process of entering data for over 7,000 homes across 15 markets, eliminating the need for manual input. The client expressed satisfaction with the work done by the Dayhuff Group, which cost a little over $50,000.

For the Ohio Environmental Review Appeals Commission, The Dayhuff Group developed an electronic case management (ECM) and electronic filing system. The system was designed from scratch as the office had been using paper records exclusively. The Dayhuff Group built a custom solution using IBM FileNet and Case Foundation, which tracks all active cases and allows attorneys and the public to file documents for those cases. The project, which started in February 2014 and is ongoing, cost approximately $120,000.

The Dayhuff Group was also involved in a project for a state agency that regulates utility industries in Ohio. The aim of the project was to improve the agency's case management system, making it easier for citizens and external people to access cases and file documents. The Dayhuff Group successfully implemented the system, even managing to work around a database requirement by the agency. The project, which cost between $800,000 and $1 million, was highly commended by the agency for its efficiency and effectiveness.
