CultureStrategy was hired by an aviation tech startup to recruit and train their US-based technical managers. The firm was selected based on a word-of-mouth referral and their good reputation. They conducted an assessment and workshop for the managers, followed by six weeks of managerial training and one-on-one coaching. A recruiter and three trainers from CultureStrategy worked on this project and have continued to provide interim People Operations support.

In another project, CultureStrategy was engaged by an IT solutions firm to develop their initial HR strategy, metrics, and teams. They were also tasked with launching a diversity and inclusion program. The firm was chosen for their versatility and experience in scaling both startups and enterprises. They worked with the COO to determine strategy and goals, sourced talent for new teams, and delivered diversity and inclusion training. The engagement primarily involved one lead consultant acting as an interim HR lead, with an internal team to help with training and workshops.

A gaming development firm in the SF Bay Area hired CultureStrategy to lead their diversity and inclusion training strategy. The goal was to improve awareness and employee engagement, define the right metrics, and develop a dashboard to track metrics against benchmarks. The firm was selected based on a referral.
