CSTMR was hired by uLinkremit, a money transfer platform of UniTeller Financial Services, for digital and content marketing services. The goal was to reduce customer acquisition costs, increase transaction rates and customer acquisition, and drive country-specific growth. CSTMR was selected after thorough research of ad agencies, company portfolios, and case studies. The scope of their work included implementation, optimization, and management of advertising campaigns, automated marketing, and content development. A team of 5-6 members was assigned, with additional support from the backend team.

The Michigan Municipal Risk Management Authority hired CSTMR to develop a new website, member portal, and CRM. The goal was to replicate existing member engagement tools while enhancing in-house capabilities and member experience. CSTMR was recommended by a consultant and selected based on the agility of their proposed solution and their partnership approach. After an initial discovery phase, the project moved into the development phase. The final deliverables included a website, member portal, and CRM/database. Approximately 10 people from CSTMR worked on this project.

Systems and Methods, Inc. (SMI) hired CSTMR to optimize their brand, develop and execute a digital marketing strategy for the launch of SMI's latest digital banking experience, Kudzu. CSTMR was found through an online search and selected due to a great culture fit and aligned company values. A team of 20 from CSTMR was assigned to this project. The scope of work included development and execution of Kudzu messaging refinement and modernization, website analysis and recommendations, digital marketing strategy, and execution to grow brand awareness. CSTMR also audited the current Kudzu app, planned UX updates, updated the website, and strengthened SMI's parent company's voice and positioning.
