CSTMR was hired by a small community bank to help them stand out from their competitors. They redesigned the bank's website to be user-friendly and to better reflect the company's mission. They also optimized the site's content to improve search rankings and conducted client interviews for testimonials. In addition to web development, CSTMR expanded the bank's digital marketing efforts, creating a marketing calendar, managing social media accounts, and designing various promotional materials. The bank spends $10,000 per month on CSTMR's services, and the partnership is ongoing.

CSTMR was hired by uLinkremit, a money transfer platform, for digital and content marketing. They were tasked with reducing customer acquisition costs and achieving specific growth goals. CSTMR implemented and managed advertising campaigns, developed content, and automated marketing processes. The uLinkremit team worked with 5-6 members of CSTMR, but acknowledged the extensive team working behind the scenes.

Michigan Municipal Risk Management Authority hired CSTMR to develop a new website, member portal, and CRM. The goal was to enhance in-house capabilities and member experience. CSTMR was selected for their proposed solution and the chemistry between the teams. They are currently in the development phase of the project. The final deliverables will include a website, member portal, and CRM/database. Approximately 10 people from CSTMR have worked on this project.
