CRT Group was hired by Just Property, a leading real estate brand in South Africa, to develop an integrated Proptech platform, a national website, and social media management tools. The project aimed to unify several internal and third-party services into a single ecosystem to streamline the real estate lifecycle for consumers. The key deliverables included the creation of a core framework using API endpoints for future proofing, building several API integrations with third-party vendors, and design of the platform and its components. The project was completed by a team of 2-5 employees from CRT Group, chosen for their cultural fit, good value for cost, and aligned company values.
