Earnest, a student finance company, engaged Cro Metrics to help optimize their product. Cro Metrics conducted an A/B test on Earnest's website to provide industry feedback. They ran experiments with around five teams, sometimes creating the design themselves, and at other times implementing designs provided by Earnest. Their engineering team then implemented the experiment and monitored its performance. If successful, Cro Metrics helped launch it live to 100% of users.
