CRMimplant worked on a project for Julia Valler Staffing & Events, an events company that already had a CRM system in place but needed automation. The company wanted specific actions in the CRM to trigger subsequent actions automatically. CRMimplant started by reviewing current processes and suggesting improvements. They then automated these processes in the CRM for increased efficiency. They also built custom features, including a function to create a lead based on the previous one. The project, which ran from August to September 2018, required collaborative effort and an investment of between $5,000-$10,000.

In a separate project, CRMimplant worked with Green Ductors, a company providing ventilation services, to enhance lead generation. Green Ductors needed a client database to better track leads and understand returning customers. CRMimplant implemented the amoCRM system, a web-based system for small businesses, to monitor all transactions and track needs and tasks. They also set up a lead tunnel system and implemented a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system. Additionally, they automated leads from various sources. The project, which ran from October to December 2017, cost between $25,000-$30,000 and involved collaboration with various CRMimplant departments. The collaboration continues with the integration of SMS messaging abilities into the CRM system.
