For an automotive sales marketplace, CoreQ was tasked with the transition from bare-metal servers to a cloud cluster. The goal was to improve reliability and achieve 99.99% uptime. The vendor reached out to the company and was chosen after discussions with other teams. The project was executed with regular status checks and milestones, with the client appreciating the minimal need for their involvement. The team was led by CoreQ's business development manager and CTO, along with two junior teammates.
