CoreQ

CoreQ was hired by a Ukrainian tour operator to optimize their web platform for high availability, automate deployment, and dockerize services. After conducting an audit of the company's infrastructure, CoreQ proposed a roadmap that was agreed upon by the tour operator's development team. CoreQ then implemented this roadmap, integrating CloudFlare, building GitLab CI/CD, dockerizing services with Kubernetes, and implementing autoscaling. The project was led by a Lead DevOps and one more DevOps Engineer.

A fashion e-commerce project hired CoreQ to increase app availability and reliability and enable scalability as the company grew. CoreQ was selected after reaching out to the e-commerce project and offering to interview their developer. After a series of discovery meetings, CoreQ proposed a solution which was finalized in terms of scope, team, and budget. Despite some delays on the part of the e-commerce project, the project was successfully completed. Communication was primarily with the Lead Dev on the project.

CoreQ was hired by an automotive sales marketplace to move from bare-metal servers to a cloud cluster in order to improve reliability and achieve 99.99% uptime. CoreQ reached out to the marketplace and was selected after discussions with other teams. After the technical task was prepared and approved, CoreQ started working on the project, establishing several milestones and conducting ongoing status checks. Communication was primarily with CoreQ's business development manager and CTO, who also led the project team.
