Cooperate Marketing was hired by an internet advertising website for multiple vehicle manufacturers to process all co-op advertising claims submitted to a major vehicle manufacturer. The goal of the project was to ensure the claims were processed accurately and quickly, allowing for timely distribution of advertising reimbursements to the dealer network. The vendor was chosen based on a recommendation from the manufacturer. The project involved compiling and submitting all supporting co-op advertising paperwork on behalf of the manufacturer's dealer network. Cooperate Marketing reviewed all claims, identified discrepancies, and fixed what they could without requesting resubmissions. They then reported all results to the corporate manufacturer.
Kawasaki Motors Corp hired Cooperate Marketing to build and maintain a dealer-facing co-op management platform. The aim was to replace an antiquated system maintained by a third party, save revenue, and increase functionality and usability for non-tech savvy clients. Cooperate was initially retained to handle the day-to-day customer service that the third-party platform provider did not provide. They then offered to combine the two separate entities under one roof to eliminate overcharging and lack of attention from the third party. The project involved designing, developing, and configuring the new co-op management platform, integrating legacy data into the new platform, uploading all new and ongoing assets in-queue for approval, and taking over the advertising asset review for approval process. Cooperate Marketing now handles day-to-day maintenance with a small and agile team consisting of three project managers, a developer, and a senior-level functional consultant.
