Contrast Studio

Contrast Studio was hired by the Mochary Method, an executive coaching company, to create a brand identity, design branding assets, and create a website mockup. The company was chosen for its cost-effectiveness, cultural fit, and alignment with the company's values. One employee was assigned to the project, which involved developing a new web app and handling everything from defining feature scope to designing high-fidelity visual assets. The long-term engagement resulted in dozens of new features and improvements on the app.

Contrast Studio was chosen by infomunca.ro, an online workforce recruitment system in Romania, to improve their brand identity, make their web app easier to use, and design a new modern UI. The selection was based on high ratings, budget fit, cultural fit, and good value for cost. The scope of work included defining the brand identity, redesigning the web application user experience, and conducting user research and competitor analysis for specific features.

The company Cogny, which develops a workspace for knowledge workers, hired Contrast Studio for a major redesign of their app, including feature planning, wireframing, prototyping, and writing documentation for developers. The studio was referred to the company and one employee was assigned to the project. The main deliverable was the redesign of the app and continuous development based on user feedback. The design and development process that was defined during the collaboration is still in use to this day.
