Highlights from Recent Projects
Computer Maintenance Service (CMS) was hired by Ace Metal Crafts for general IT services. The project began with CMS discussing the needs of Ace Metal Crafts and then providing a proposal to improve their managed computers, migrate their Outlook to 365 platform, and enhance their cybersecurity. CMS deployed software updates, migrated email accounts, conducted cybersecurity training, and provided onsite data management/backups, hardware/software repairs, system monitoring for over 100 computers, and licensing. The project was coordinated by the systems administrator of Ace Metal Crafts who provided audits of their computers and users to CMS. The CMS team included a sales representative, a cybersecurity manager, and an onsite manager.
Bryco Machine Products, a high technology machine shop, has been using the services of Computer Maintenance Service (CMS) for the past 18 years. CMS installs all the new computers Bryco purchases, as well as the manufacturing software they use to run their business. They also conduct backup imaging multiple times a day for all the information on Bryco's computers. CMS set up a system of 14 cameras throughout Bryco's shop and run backups of this footage. They also set up a computer at the owner's home in Michigan that's connected to his work desktop, allowing him to handle quotes or correspondence from customers when he's away from the office.
Computer Maintenance Service (CMS) has been providing managed IT services to a large dental office with four different locations since July 2006. CMS provides complete system support on a day-to-day basis, including remote access to fix issues and ensure no downtime. They also handle software program integrations and implementations with a Kodak X-ray system, AccessPRO, and Microsoft programs. When the dental office built a new facility, CMS installed all of their systems, connecting all of the computers, digital X-rays, printers, scanners, and intra-oral cameras in the office.
