COING

COING was engaged by Iqdemic, an education management platform, to develop an app that would connect students with alumni or current students of challenging universities. The founder of Iqdemic, who had no prior experience with software development, sought COING's expertise to bring his idea to life. COING guided him through the software development process, building a single-page AngularJS application with a Java Spring Boot backend. The app was optimized for both desktop and mobile devices and hosted on Amazon Web Services. Despite investing over $500,000 in the project from October 2015 to December 2016, the product did not achieve the expected sales after launch, leading to the cessation of funding.

Pumble, a company offering software for PR professionals, engaged COING to develop a web application. The application was required to handle a large volume of input URLs, which would be parsed into the system. COING developed a parsing system that scraped all URLs, extracted data, and inputted it into a database for further processing. The core of the system was built on the Java Spring framework using a domain-driven design. The system was built as a service-oriented API with a single-page frontend app. The founder of Pumble, who had previous experience with other firms, chose to work with COING based on recommendations and a favourable pricing deal. The project, which began in November 2013, cost over $500,000 and continues on a smaller scale.
